Our Mission Statement:

HUMAN RIGHTS FOR ALL

Amnesty International Group 270 is dedicated to achieving human rights for all.
We work towards inspiring positive change locally and abroad through education, awareness, and direct action.

INSPIRING CHANGE

"Promoting human rights" is what we do. Here are a few examples of the ways we do it:
- We bring awareness to human rights violations through campaigns
- We petition, write letters, and perform actions to counter  human rights abuses
- We organize events, and assist other groups' human rights/social justice events
- We respond to urgent actions and relay urgent action information to others
- We lobby to protect human rights in local legislation
